The first week in Mexico

So, now I have been here in Mexico for a week, and so many things has been going on.
After arriving in Mexico City I took the bus directly from the airport to Guanajuato. It had been a really long trip since i left DK and to be honest I was really tired when I arrived at the hostel in Guanajuato, but anyways I went out to take a look at the city.

It is really beautiful here, so many colors and old buildings. It is pretty small, so it is more or less easy to get around (which is great for someone like me who always gets lost ;) )

I spent a couple of days looking for a place to stay. Luckily Mingo, a friend of a friend, lives here in Guanajuato and he offered to help me. Without his help I am not sure I would have found a place so fast. He has been a great guide and help, so I am really thankful for that.

On Monday the welcome stuff in the university started. It is so different in many ways, a lot of paperwork, but they are very nice to help us so I hope I have done everything right. Also I have already met some really nice people, everyone is pretty openminded so far, so I am positive.
