Popayán at Diana's house

Wednesday we arrived in Popayán, I hadn't told Diana anything so it would be a surprise. Sadly she wasn't home though when we arrived. And she didn't come home before pretty late at night. But when she came home she was really happy that we had arrived and we spent some time just talking and catching up. Yesterday it was her birthday, but it was also the day of the eleccion here in Colombia, so there wasn't really a lot planned. But Saturday night her friends had planned a surprise party for her, and it was hilarious to see her face when she entered the house. The whole night was spent singing karaoke, danicng and drinking some beer.

Other than this I've just been hanging around here, relaxing, practicing juggling a little bit and in general just enjoying life.

We just arrived in Cali this morning, and staying at Natalia's house for one night. It is really hot here, but great to be in a new place. Hope you enjoyed the fotos!

Festival Alta Voz in Medellin

More or less a week ago we came to Medellin for the free festival Alta Voz it is called. Right now I am travelling with Gustavo and one of his friends Sebastian, but for the festival we were also with a couple and their 1 year old son. The festival was the craziest thing i have tried so far.. well and not really in the best way.. First of all kids could not enter, and that to me is just really weird since kids enter koncerts and festivals without problems in Denmark. So the couple with the kid could not enter the festival. damn. So it was just Sebastian, Gustavo and I. But that was okay as well. Then to enter there was a lot of security checlking. I have only seen more security than that in the airport in Tel Aviv. They even had dogs running around to try and find drugs. Crazy.
When we entered the only thing i wanted was a beer, but we could only drink beer in a small area with fences around.. what kind of festival was this?
The music was okay though, and we entered again two days later. Really lucky that we entered cause there was a lot of people who did not make it, and they started throughing rocks at the police so when we came out there was fully armed police all over the place. This is just crazy.

But more than this little crazy festival I am doing fantastic and really enjoying travelling with Guatvo and being back in South America. Again, i hope to have better internet connection son so i can upload some pictures.

Back on the road

Now I am really back on the road. I met Gustavo in Bogota and we went on from there to visit his sister in La Dorada, a little village where the temprature is high, and nothing much happens. We went to Manizales and met some of his friends and lived in a house far from the center but the view from there was incredible.
Right now we are in Pereira, a city with a really nice atmosphere.. but i think we are leaving from here soon. And who knows where we are going.

The internet situation is horrible, so i will upload some pictures when i have better internet . Hope everything is well at home and that you are having a great time too .
