More or less all of December I have spent in Pitalito with Gustavo´s grandmother. Pitalito is a small town, so it is getting a little borring here now. To get out of here there is only 2 problems. 1) his cousin (who lives with his grandma since the grandma can´t live alone and therefore the aunt and cousins live with her) turn 15 on Saturday 17/12, and that is a big deal around here and there will be a big party, and they expect us to be here. 2) It has been raining a lot in Colombia so all the roads are crap now,a nd right now we donnot even know if we can get to La Plata and spend the 24 with Gusdtavo´s family. We´ll see what happens.
I don´t feel like it is christmas at all. I miss all the danhish christmas traditions, like the cookies, risengroed, marzioan and nougat, and not to forget the pakkekalender. But I just have to enjoy it even more next year. One thing i don´t miss though is the cold. It is nice to walk around in shorts in December.
Anyways, the internet time is running out, and i have to go. But you poeple in Denmark please enjoy christmas for me too :D
