A relaxing week in Cusco

I've had a very nice and very relaxing week here in Cusco. I've been taking spanish lessons, but I took a week off from working as a volenteer. That was a great decision, because then I have had time to relax and try and plan what I'm going to do when I go to Chile.
Wednesday night we went out to a club and danced salsa, it is really fun, I'm a bit of a clown though, but I hope I'll learn just a little bit from dancing around here.
Yesterday we went to a karaoke-bar and had a great time. I'm not really a big fan of singing in those kinds of bars, but everyone else was going so I went, and it was fun to hear everyone else sing. After that we went dancing again. It was crazy, there were so many israelis in the bar that at some point they were only playing music in hebrew. That was just a little bit too much. I heard that there was gonna be a lot of israelies here, but this is the first time I actually met some.

I'm now heading towards my last week here in Cusco. I'm really looking forward to leaving and trying something new. I'm especially looking a lot forward to some better weather. It is rainy season here now, so it is obviously raining a lot, and on top of that it is in a high altitude, so it is pretty cold and depressing around here sometimes.
It is gonna be really hard to leave though, because the people I've met here are incredible, and I feel like home and that they are a part of my family. I hope to see some of them again though, but time will show.

Today we've had a barbeque at the hostel and right now I'm in my dorm, everyone is in their bed and relaxing because it is really raining outside. So we are really enjoying ourselves. Great week!
